My boys...

...and my little girl. She came to me and told me to close the doors to the den. I asked her if she was going to sleep and she said "Yes!" I thought she was playing around. A few minutes later I noticed she was really quiet and I peeked in and found her like this. She accumulated the blankets, got her self situated and went right off to sleep. AWWWWWW 

Another fun day

We are really enjoying our vacation. Today we made it to the beach and had a blast! We'll be going back tomorrow and I hope to be able to get a few shots there. At the very least I can use my phone (I don't want to get sand in the "real" camera). Here are a few I took this evening of the babies I love so dearly.  :-)

A day of fashion with Mattie

Mattie's day starts with a lovely pink Disney Princess nightgown. After waking up she immediately starts the search for the perfect accessory. This is just ONE of her looks from this morning.

After talking her into changing from her nightgown (and hat, and jacket, and backpack) I let her pick out her outfit for the day. She had the option of a couple of more conservative looks - a nice striped dress, a pastel plaid or a bright little patterned number. Without hesitation she went with this one.

An adorable look but it just wasn't enough for Miss Mattie. She needed.....

You guessed it, ACCESSORIES!

We're on vacation!

I'm quite tired from two days in the car (and only 3 1/2 hours of sleep last night) so this will be short. I'm thrilled to say that we've made it Florida! Woohoo! The kids are all tucked in and I hope to be hitting the hay very soon, myself. We are so excited to see my folks after a few months - the kids and the grandparents are both over the moon. Such a lovely thing to see.
Mattie is tending to her new baby doll and Gabriel is eager to hit the golf course to try out his new clubs.

After dinner, lots of playing (inside due to weather), baths and a little dancing, Gabriel (and Daddy) fell sound asleep...

Mattie was able to fight off sleep for a little longer but she finally pooped out. (I just love the night vision option on my camera - no one is safe!)
